Prenatal & Postnatal Massage
Prenatal massage is body work that focuses on the special needs of a mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. Prenatal and Postnatal Massage benefits include hormone regulation, reduction of swelling and can help improve breastfeeding. We are trained and certified in Prenatal and Postnatal massage. Prenatal massage can be performed side lying or in or maternity bolster. The maternity bolster safely cradles mommy and baby in the belly while allowing mom the benefits of a prone massage!
