Terms of Service

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay for the appointment.

** Illness and emergencies happen, so if you could please let me know as soon as you do that you’ll be unable to make your appointment time. We will make exceptions twice for a client after that if we don't get 24hrs notice we will have to charge you for your scheduled massage.
